The birth of Provincial Real Estate came from a gap Managing Director and Licensee Ben Ciocca identified within in the market some 13 years ago. Never before had the City of Kalamunda seen or experienced a boutique home grown real estate agency that differed so much from its main stream and franchised competitors.
An agency that would dovetail its look, feel and vibe with its environment and one that would standout both in its striking contemporary branding and its creative edge in marketing strategies.
Our ethos was not just to become another pretty agency dressed up in glossy wall paper that sells homes but to provide our community a place they could call their home when it came to education and guidance about local real estate.
